I would just like to thank Andy and Gillian at Torkington Park Veterinary centre for their exemplary care towards one of my dogs, Varos. After a horrendous weekend of him having very bad nose bleeds they have gone out of their way to help him. Allowing me to contact them on their personal phones out of hours and calling to my property to examine him in my front garden. I have used this veterinary practice for many years and I cant fault the care they have given to all my animals. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and very friendly. To Mr Gray and all at Torkington Vets. Just a short note as we wish to thank Mr Gray, the colleagues he took advice from, and all the nursing staff there at Torkington Vets for the kind and swift treatment given to our cat Mabel last Thursday. The care and explanations given, the patience shown, the surgical skill provided are a credit to you all. Thats without you all working within the present restrictions including all the running around and the costs that must involve. You certainly should be celebrated as Key workers.

Really pleased with the treatment my cat Ares received yesterday. He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, My Pooches first jabs this morning couldn’t have wished for a better service, very relaxed and understanding.......
